A massive eagle, poached somewhere, and probably for sale in Dili.

I rarely see them in the wild in TL except for one or two which occasionally can be seen flying around Dili's shores, probably trying to hunt rats, snakes, or even fish. To see these majestic birds, very likely endangered, in this state is not only sad but alarming, in that no one, in particular the authorities, is doing anything to stop it.
